The property was once used for wine pressing but has been transformed into an attractive holiday cottage with modern conveniences. The house is immaculate with every detail thought through, ideal for a couple looking for some rest and relaxation. This property is highly recommended and excellent value for money.It is only five minutes from the pretty village of “El Gastor“. This traditional white village remains largely untouched by tourism. In the village you’ll find various restaurant, supermarkets and shops. Even closer to the house, at just 2 km, there is also an excellent gastrobar with a large terrace providing a beautiful panoramic view over the village. It is a 35 minutes drive to Ronda, 1:30h to Sevilla and 1:45h to Málaga.

1 bedroom + mezzanine Inside there is an open plan living area with a double height ceiling. The sitting-room is furnished with a couple of comfortable sofas that face the fireplace with glass doors. There is also central heating for the cooler months, as well as air conditioning for summertime. There is a TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a CD player. The kitchen is well fitted with a four ring hob, fridge/freezer, a small oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster. There is a washing machine is in a separate laundry room.There is a bedroom is on the ground floor next to the living area with a double bed and a storage cupboard. Upstairs there is a mezzanine floor with a single bed. There is a tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, a lavatory and basin. The house is accessed from the lane by a steep track, which is, however, concreted all the way along. Electric gates open onto the driveway and from here you begin to appreciate the special nature of the location. A terrace runs along the house. The side terrace is covered by a porch and has a table and dining chairs. There is a barbecue available for outdoor cooking. The terrace is well decorated with pots and flowering plants and an automatic irrigation system.The terrace extends to the back of the house and looks out over the pool area at a slightly lower level. Steps lead down to the swimming pool that measure 6 x 3 m (depth 1.5m – 0.80m) with a built in seat at one end and full filtration system. There is a thatched veranda that provides a place in the shade in the heat of the summer. Sun loungers, umbrellas and a table tennis table are provided. The lower terrace with the pool is gated.
