There is central heating throughout and an A/C has been installed in the living area.From the house it is possible to walk to all the amenities of the village ofMontecorto, including bars, restaurants, shops, the bank and pharmacy. The town of Ronda is a 20 minute drive and has large supermarkets and a wide variety of other shops. The area around the village of Montecorto has stunning countryside for walking and outdoor activities. Cultural city trips to Jerez and Seville are also a good option.
