Set in 8 hectares of beautifully managed parkland, the private estate of “La Majada” is a stunningly luxurious retreat. The property has been meticulously renovated by a renowned Spanish architect. The property breathes elegance and comfort at every turn – from the large, bright, beautifully decorated rooms and exquisite modern bathrooms, to the stunning interior courtyard and parkland beyond. “La Majada” is a very special and unique place to stay.With your stay, there is a three hour daily maid service included from Monday to Friday. Additional hours are available on request. Ronda is easily accessible at just 7 km. It is an hour and forty minutes’ drive to Seville and the coast is an hour away. Apart from sightseeing, there is a wide variety of local activities including horse riding, hang-gliding and racing at the private circuit of ‘Ascari’, five kilometres from the finca.

Original antique oak doors give access to the main house where you will find the spacious living area, decorated in a minimalistic style and incorporating the best of natural materials. There are exposed original stone walls, hand-woven sea-grass rugs and modern wooden tables. Furthermore there is a huge iron fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a large flat screen TV and a Bose music system.The large, bright modern kitchen has beautiful natural slate flooring and work surfaces of polished granite and wood. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, gas and electric hob, separate oven, and a dishwasher and sink. There are windows opening to the grounds beyond. Opposite the kitchen is the dining room, with a hand-carved teak dining table with chairs, a domed ceiling and exposed original stone walls.In the cool entrance hall is a cloakroom with a WC and basin, and opposite a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The side wing of the house comprises a gorgeous summer sitting room that has large French windows on either side of this light filled room.In the main house there are two large double bedrooms, both with four poster beds, ceiling fans, built in wardrobes, French doors opening out to the interior courtyard and spacious modern bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a hydro-massage bath, double granite basins, a walk in shower and separate WC and bidet. The other bathroom has a 2 metre bath, separate walk in shower with mosaic-tiled floor, double stone basins, and separate WC and bidet.The other two double bedrooms are accessed from the previously mentioned courtyard. Each of these rooms is beautifully furnished with colourful rugs, a four poster bed, built in wardrobes and wood beamed ceilings. Both bedrooms have an en-suite shower room with polished stone floors, WC and basin. The lovely courtyard is planted with 100 year old olive trees and lavender in abundance. From the dining room, doors open out to a lovely peaceful dining terrace, with a mosaic-tiled table and chairs. The terrace is covered with wisteria and surrounded by laurel trees and pots of aromatic herbs.Huge wooden doors open to the lawned gardens and uninterrupted views of the parkland beyond. Steps lead up to the slightly elevated swimming pool area. The pool has a full filtration system and measures 14 x 6 metres. There is a stone terrace surrounding the pool, furnished with teak sun loungers and comfortable day beds. The terrace is adjacent to the lawn and surrounded by olive and oak trees.There is a large pool house to one side, with an outside shower room. There is a covered dining area with table and chairs where one can sit in the shade. Furthermore there is a built in BBQ and pizza oven, and a small kitchen with gas hob, sink, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
