1 extra sofabed voor two Upon arrival the architectural Moorish heritage is immediately apparent. The house is generously proportioned and a pleasure to the eye with lovely details throughout. The front door opens onto the hall on the ground floor. To the right is a spacious living room with a large dining table that can accommodate eight. Behind it is a sitting room with three comfortable sofas around a coffee table facing the fireplace and TV. Left from the hall is the well equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. There is a cooking island in the middle, a 5-ring gas hob and oven, double sink, American fridge, Aga cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a round table and chairs.Also on the ground floor, on the other side of the house, are two identical double bedrooms, accessible via the central terrace. Both bedrooms have a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The third bedroom is located on the lower level of the house, accessible via an exterior staircase through the garden.The large garden room is tastefully decorated and divided into different areas: a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. The beautiful, spacious bedroom has a double bed, a bench and a table with chairs. The window offers a view of the swimming pool and the mountains in the background. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a large television. The spacious sofa can be converted into a double bed, providing extra space for two guests. The garden room also has a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, sink and toilet The central terrace has a covered gallery on three sides with characteristic pillars and arches. On the side, cane armchairs, benches and a coffee table have been placed under the canopy, great to relax in the shade. In the middle of the terrace is a round stone dining table with cast iron chairs. There is also a large barbecue for outdoor cooking during the long summer evenings. The terrace leads directly into the kitchen.A staircase leads up to the roof terrace, where there is another dining table and chairs. There is also a small bar and a stone corner sofa. The view from this terrace is breathtaking – a perfect place to watch the magical sunsets and enjoy a local Andalusian wine.From the central terrace, a staircase also leads down to the garden. In the centre is the 12 x 4 metre swimming pool with an infinity edge. Around the pool are sun loungers, parasols and lounge furniture. There is also a covered exterior bar with a refrigerator, sink, bar stools and sofas. The backdrop to the garden, with the mountains of Africa and the Rock of Gibraltar in the background, is truly spectacular.
