Decorated by a talented interior designer, this special house is a marvellous example of contemporary Spanish style. The ambience is luxurious and sophisticated, yet simultaneously comfortable and inviting. The modern designer bathroom fillings are of excellent quality and all of the bedrooms are individually decorated to a high standard. This is an exclusive resort with visual pleasure at every turn.The villa is very tranquilly located on a plot among fields of olive trees. It is only a ten-minute drive to Ronda, a medium-sized town with many historical sights and all the required amenities. It is approximately one and a half hour drive to Málaga and 1:45h to Seville.

An antique front door opens into the hall where there is a modern glass door leading into a spacious room. The room is divided in two by a wall with a TV and open fireplace. On one side is the sitting area with comfortable sofas and chairs. On the other side is the dining table with tiny overhead filament lights that give a glow to the rattan surface of the table. Wooden floors are laid throughout and the light pouring in through the large windows enhances the subtle colour scheme.The kitchen is next to the dining room, enclosed by a breakfast bar with bar stools. There is also a table with chairs in the centre of the kitchen. The work surfaces are of strikingly bright yellow hue. Oven/grill, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine are all provided. From the dining area, there is a staircase going up to a spacious sitting room with air-conditioning, modern sofas, armchairs and a TV.The three bedrooms are on the ground floor and all have air-conditioning, double beds with carefully selected fabrics. The en-suite bathroom in the principal bedroom has a bath with a shower attachment, bidet, lavatory and two basins with swivel mirrors. The second bathroom features the same arrangement but with a hydro-massage shower instead. The third bathroom has a basin, bidet, lavatory and hydro-massage shower. The garden is completely surrounded by high hedges for privacy. The entrance gate is electric and there is enough space to park one or two cars at the house. The large covered terrace runs the length of the house. There are several sitting and dining areas and the lawn here is laid out in a striking chessboard pattern of stones interspersed with grass.The pool has a wooden decking and is surrounded by grass. The pool measures 9×5 metres and has a fully automatic filter system and lighting, allowing for swimming on those warm Andalusian summer evenings. Next to the pool there is an excellent barbecue as well as an authentic pizza oven.
